2. Go to the book icon đź“– on the “activities” tab.
3. Drag and drop the training plan onto your calendar.

Create an account
Create and Intervals.icu account, which is completely free. This is the platform that hosts my training plans.
Accept Access
For me to be able to share this training plan, or any future training plans or workouts with you, you'll need to connect to my app.
Drag and Drop
Go to your "library" đź“– and drag the plan onto your calendar. It will auto populate all the days with my planned workouts. Enjoy!
