Titles will outline the number of repetitions, duration/distance, target intensity or descriptive term, zone, device


3x 2km Threshold (Z4) | Pace

3-4hr Ultra-Trail Long Run (Z1 -2) | HR


Warm-up: time or distance range. Zone reference

Workout: All relevant information. Include jog/walk for recoveries when walking is allowed, or rest when full rest is allowed.

Cool down: time or distance range. Zone reference

Workout relevant information. Example; Aerobic development runs can be completed on any surface or terrain.
