Bonus Days

Bonus days are designed to give you flexibility in your training. Often, athletes would like the option to train more on some weeks and less on other weeks, but they’re unsure what workout to add or remove. 

My bonus day will complement your program if you choose to complete the workout. 

Do I have to do the bonus day on the day it’s set?

No. Bonus days can be moved around your plan without affecting your high priority workouts.
