A while ago now, I wanted to do a triathlon. I was clueless, and I thought running 10km was ridiculously hard. Since then, I've made it my life's mission to learn about the human body, improve as an athlete, and help others to improve.
However, this was a challenging success story.
I didn't roll out of bed a run a sub 40min 10km. I worked my ass off to make painfully slow progress. I pushed myself so hard to improve. I developed overtraining syndrome.
That's When I Realised....
Most of the training advice I was following was WRONG. It was all about training more and eating less: more intervals, more miles, more hours, more expensive kit. There is a massive gap in the knowledge base for an end-to-end system that uses evidenced-backed principles to develop athletes over months and years, not days and weeks.
That's precisely what I've set out to create with my products and services. A system that builds lifelong athletes.
